WHMCS Integration

PSP integrates natively with WHMCS to connect your billing, provisioning, and support systems with Seahawk’s Pro Services fulfillment. Deploy in minutes, not months — and keep your entire WordPress services operation running through the tools your team already uses.

Native WHMCS Integration

Seahawk PSP was designed from the ground up for WHMCS-based hosting environments. The integration connects three critical operational layers: ticket synchronization, product catalog management, and order processing. Once configured, your WHMCS instance becomes the front door for your entire WordPress Pro Services department.

Ticket Synchronization

A dedicated Pro Services support department is created in your WHMCS during onboarding. Tickets flow bidirectionally between WHMCS and PSP — when your customer submits a ticket, Seahawk’s team sees it instantly. When Seahawk responds, the reply appears in your WHMCS ticket thread, under your brand. No manual forwarding, no copy-pasting, no delays.

Product Catalog Sync

Services from PSP’s catalog are automatically created as products in a dedicated Pro Services product group in WHMCS. Pricing, descriptions, and service configurations sync directly. Read-only pricing pulled from WHMCS ensures billing accuracy across both systems.

Order Processing

When a customer purchases a WordPress service through WHMCS, the order flows directly into PSP for fulfillment. Client products are linked automatically, and Seahawk’s team begins work immediately. Your operations team can track every order through Nest Dashboard while billing stays managed in WHMCS.

Setup in Fifteen Minutes

WHMCS integration is configured during your guided onboarding. The typical setup takes approximately fifteen minutes and includes creating the Pro Services support department, configuring API permissions, syncing your service catalog, and enabling order and ticket flows. Your Seahawk customer success manager handles the technical configuration alongside your team.

Data Protection and Reseller Agreements

Alongside the WHMCS integration, PSP onboarding includes execution of all necessary legal agreements. Data Protection Agreements (DPA) ensure customer data is handled in compliance with privacy regulations. Reseller Agreements clearly define the white-label partnership, protecting both your organization and your customers. These agreements are standard, straightforward, and designed to get you operational without legal bottlenecks.
