Launch your Pro Services department in days, not months. Seahawk PSP’s guided onboarding takes you from sign-up to live services with minimal effort and zero technical overhead.

What’s Included in Onboarding

Every PSP partner receives a structured onboarding experience designed to get your services live and revenue-generating as quickly as possible. Our onboarding team walks alongside you through every step — from initial configuration to your first customer order.

Slack Connect Setup

A dedicated Slack Connect channel is established between your team and Seahawk’s operations team. This becomes your direct line for real-time communication, escalations, order updates, and strategic discussions — all without email delays or ticketing friction.

WHMCS Integration

PSP integrates natively with WHMCS. During onboarding, we configure ticket synchronization between systems, link client products automatically, and create a dedicated Pro Services support department so orders and tickets flow seamlessly from day one. Setup typically takes around fifteen minutes.

Third-Party Integrations

Beyond WHMCS, PSP supports integrations with your existing tools and workflows. Whether you use HostBill, custom provisioning systems, or other billing platforms, our team configures the connections needed to keep your operations unified.

Data Protection & Reseller Agreements

All legal agreements — including Data Protection Agreements (DPA) and Reseller Agreements — are prepared and executed during onboarding. These agreements ensure compliance, protect your customers’ data, and clearly define the white-label relationship between your organization and Seahawk.

Automated Services Setup

Your entire service catalog is automatically created and synced to your PSP workspace. Products and services are configured in your WHMCS Pro Services product group, complete with pricing, descriptions, and order flows — ready for your customers to purchase.

Service Pages & Navigation

PSP generates professional, white-label service pages for your website. These pages are designed to showcase your WordPress services catalog and can be embedded directly into your existing site navigation, giving customers a clear path from discovery to purchase.

How Onboarding Works

Day 1–2: Discovery & Configuration. We learn your business, configure your workspace, set up integrations, and prepare your service catalog.

Day 3–4: Legal & Enablement. DPA and Reseller Agreements are executed. Sales enablement materials, service pages, and marketing assets are prepared for your team.

Day 5–7: Go Live. WHMCS orders and tickets are enabled. Your Pro Services department is operational. Your customers can begin placing orders immediately.

Assigned Customer Success Manager

Every partner is assigned a dedicated customer success manager who guides you through onboarding and remains your primary point of contact throughout the partnership. Your CSM ensures a smooth launch, helps optimize your services strategy, and provides ongoing operational support as your Pro Services revenue grows.
